Ag tour on Molokai
   * Plumeria Farm
Owned and operated by Dick and Aomi Wheeler, this farm is one of the largest producers and growers of plumerias in the State of Hawaii.
Located approx. 3 miles West of Kaunakakai, in Kalamaula, the blossoms are harvested first thing in the morning, and either strung into leis, or boxed and shipped to restaurants and airports throughout the state to leistands everywhere. They also ship via air cargo to those who have special occasions throughout the United States.

  *Sweet Potato Farm
owned and operated by Lynn and Russell Decoite, they are one of the largest growers of Sweet Potatoes in the state of Hawaii. Their crop includes a type of purple sweet potato that was created by Lynn's grandmother, and can only be found and purchased from their farm. Their potatoes are sold to local stores and also made into delicious fried sweet potato chips that will knock your socks off! Located in the heart of Moloka'i in Mahana, their farm has been growing sweet potatoes for at least 3 generations.

  *Beach Boy Farms
Owned and operated by Kealoha and Janie Peltier, Beach Boy Farms specializes in Hydroponics, specifically in lettuce. They provide the Friendly Market center in town, local restaurants and stores as well.
They are currently growing Bak Choy, Romaine lettuce, and experimenting with a few other crops as well.

  *Hawaii Kai Salts
I is developing and researching to revive and produce a line of fine gourment sea salts to meet today's commercial requirements.
They currently have 3 standard salts for market, including 'papohaku white', 'haleakala red', and 'kilauea black'. from beginning to harves, it takes approx. 4-5 weeks to process and make it to market. Come and see this wonder of nature, and taste this fine salt for yourself.

  *Coffees of Hawaii
Owned and operated by Mike Atherton and Dan Kuhn, Coffees of Hawaii delivers some of the finest coffee imagineable. From planting to first harvest takes these hardy plants approx. 2-3 years. However, they continue to produce for many more years. The soil and climate of Molokai produces some of the finest tasting coffee.

Molokai Hot Bread Run

Take a tour into Molokai's well-kept, night life secret, the Moloka'i Hot Bread Run!

Experience the mouth watering taste of Molokai famous bread that has earned the reputation of a "must do" while on Moloka'i.

Our tour starts from Hotel Moloka'i at 9.30 pm and we take you to the backstreets of Kaunakakai town where everyone lines up in a dimly lit alley to purchase Moloka'i Hot Bread.
